Message	Fuel Pump Control Unit (FPCU) ?? ..b/c I don't get any readings on my multimeter...... I ask b/c my car won't start...fuel pump does not come on (but just replaced anyways due to an earlier false diagnosis).. checked all fuses and relay switches (they are fine)....so if I am supposed to get a 12 Volt reading on the FPCU pin connector, what would cause it not to get power?
